Supervisor, James Neve called the meeting to order at 7:00PM.
Board members present: James Neve, Denise Dunn, Deb Van Pelt and Gary Fredrickson and Victor Goldschmidt Also present: three citizens and three staff members.
No Public Comment.
Agenda set as amended.
Approved November 13, 2007 minutes as amended.
Approved the Current Bills in the amount of $55,294.35.
Reports heard from Fire Department; Hugh Cook, NEMS; Pat Burguard, Permits, Planning, and Zoning Work Group; Victor Goldschmidt and County wide Fire and EMS Meeting on November 29, 2007; Jim Neve. A report was accepted from the Library; Deb Stannard.
Approved appointment of Galen Leighton to the Planning Commission to fill the remainder of the term of Marlin Bussey effective December 12, 2007.
Approved an amount up to $8,500 for a new Water Pump for the Brush Fire Truck.
Approved changing the January 15, 2008 regular Leelanau Township Board Meeting to January 22, 2008.
No Public Comment.

Announcements heard from Jim Neve reference Dunnigan and InfraSource have recessed operations on the sewer collection system until Spring 2008. Devere is continuing work on the treatment plant. All the work on the sewer is on schedule and well within budget. Hugh Cook announced the annual Fire Department Dinner would be January 12, 2008 at Stubb’s.
