SYNOPSIS

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 by Supervisor Harry Larkin with Treasurer Mike Kirt, Clerk Jane Keen and Trustees Nicholas Lederle and Steve Plamondon, and eight guests present. The agenda was approved as amended. Minutes were approved as presented for the November 12 and November 20 board meetings. The Treasurer’s Report was approved as presented. The following board actions were taken:
Authorized an independent appraisal of township riverfront property in Leland
Amended the Leland Township Cemetery Ordinance to define family members
Increased the Zoning Board of Appeals and elections budgets by $1,500 each and reduced the contingency budget by $3,000
Approved an annual MDOT performance resolution
Appointed two new Fire and Rescue Department members
Appointed seven additional members to the Fire and Rescue Department Restructuring Committee
Approved bills and accounts
