Village of Northport Zoning Board of Appeals Notice to the Public

The Village of Northport Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on January 03, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. This Public Hearing will be held at the Northport Village office, 116 West Nagonaba Street, Village of Northport 49670.

Patrick Busch, 10950 N. Shore Dr., Northport, MI 49670, has submitted an application to the Zoning Board of Appeals for three variances. This request is for a reduction of the front and rear setback requirements and an increase of the allowable size of a deck within 50 feet of the Old Mill Pond Stream.

Busch Holdings LLC is the owner of the subject property located at 201 North Mill St.; Tax Parcel 045-042-450-033-00.

These variance requests would allow for the renovation of the existing structure called the “Willowbrook.”
