The Kasson Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the township hall on Thursday, January 10, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. to consider a petition from Elmer’s Crane & Dozer for

the Kasson Twp. ZBA to determine the definition of “park” and “public parks” as set forth in the zoning ordinance. Also as the definition relates to properties purchased by the National Park Service and adjoining properties in Kasson Twp.
