Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 3
Village Ordinance No. 8 of 2007
AN AMENDMENT TO THE VILLAGE OF SUTTONS BAY ZONING ORDINANCE TO ARTICLE 42, SECTION 4202 CHANGING PRIMARY DWELLING BUILDING HEIGHT, AND BY ADOPTING CERTAIN REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
THE VILLAGE OF SUTTONS BAY ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Article 42: Single Family Waterfront Areas
The Village of Suttons Bay Zoning Ordinance of 2006 as amended, is hereby amended by changing Article 42, Section 4202 F to read:
Section 4202 Dimensional and Bulk Standards
Section 4202 F. Primary Dwelling Building Height (F) – 30 feet from the street elevation and 40 foot total height (F1) as measured from the lowest point of grade.
Section 2. Conflicts.
If any provision of the Village of Suttons Bay Zoning Ordinance conflicts with this Ordinance, then the provisions of this Ordinance shall control.
Section 3. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the Village.
