Notice of Adoption

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Cleveland Township Board, at their meeting on December 11th, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Cleveland Township Hall, adopted Zoning Ordinance No. 1 of 2007, an amendment to the Cleveland Township Zoning Ordinance. This adopted amendment provides guidelines and standard for the siting and use of On-Site Wind Energy Systems, anemometers and related devices and structures within the Township.
