The following is a synopsis of the December 19, 2007 special meeting of the Kasson Township Board. A complete transcript is available from the Township Clerk.

Supervisor Lanham called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance. All members were present as well as four guests. Lanham then stated that the purpose of this meeting was to address an application by the Cedar Rod and Gun Club Education Foundation to the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians for a 2% Allocation Application Grant. A presentation was made by the club, discussion followed, and a motion was made and carried unanimously to support the 2% allocation application as requested. Meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
