MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Tom Pritchard, a single man, to Mortgage Express, Inc., Mortgagee, dated May 30, 2003 and recorded June 23, 2003 in Liber 740, Page 328, Leelanau County Records, Michigan. Said mortgage is now held by CitiMortgage Inc. successor by merger with CitiFinancial Mortgage Company Inc. by assignment. There is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Seventy-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Six and 14/100 Dollars ($76,996.14) including interest at 11.75% per annum.

The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA §600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
