MORTGAGE SALE - Default has
been made in the conditions of a mortgage
made by June D. Tonkin,
Unmarried, original mortgagor(s), to
The Huntington National Bank,
Mortgagee, dated March 11, 2005, and
recorded on March 22, 2005 in Liber
847 on Page 197, in Leelanau county
records, Michigan, on which mortgage
there is claimed to be due at the date
hereof the sum of One Hundred
Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Two
And 50/100 Dollars ($100,872.50),
including interest at 7.74% per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in
said mortgage and the statute in such
case made and provided, notice is
hereby given that said mortgage will be
foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged
premises, or some part of them, at public
vendue, at the place of holding the
circuit court within Leelanau County, at
11:00 AM, on February 1, 2008.
Said premises are situated in Charter
Township of Elmwood, Leelanau
County, Michigan, and are described
as: Unit Number 1, Thorn Creek
Condominium, according to the Master
Deed recorded in Liber 197, Pages 580
to 615, as amended by first amendment
recorded in liber 215, pages 379 to 393,
and by amendment recorded in liber
226, page 810, and any additional
amendments thereto, Leelanau County
Records, and designated as Leelanau
County Condominium Subdivision Plan
Number 9, together with rights in general
common elements and limited
common elements as set forth in the
above described Master Deed and as
described in Act 59 of the Public Acts
of 1978, as amended
The redemption period shall be 6
months from the date of such sale,
unless determined abandoned in accordance
with MCLA 600.3241a, in which
case the redemption period shall be 30
days from the date of such sale.
