Synopsis of Minutes - unapproved draft
The meeting was called to order at 7 pm by Supervisor Ard; also present were Treasurer Grant, Trustee Bush, Trustee Voisin, Clerk Core, and five guests.
Agenda approved.

11/17/07 special meeting and 11/19/07 regular meeting minutes approved as presented.
The Board addressed the following: 1) hiring of assistant assessor replacement. 2) approval of 2008 meeting dates. 3) approval of resolution #01-121707. 4) committee and officer reports: a) parks & rec: approval of grant-based contract. b) building & grounds: Boughey Park tree removal. c) cemetery committee: pruning recommendations, Bingham monuments installed. d) zoning: written, plus road access question. e) planning: ag tourism and rural residential language. f) treasurer: office equipment purchase, and February seminar. g) clerk: presented bills & payroll. h) supervisor: zone/plan contract.
The meeting adjourned at 8 pm.
