MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Irv Fischer, a single man, to Option One Mortgage Corporation, a California Corporation, Mortgagee, dated February 11, 2005 and recorded February 22, 2005 in Liber 843, Page 750, Leelanau County Records, Michigan. Said mortgage is now held by U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust, 2005-6 by assignment. There is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-One and 84/100 Dollars ($288,231.84) including interest at 9.75% per annum.

Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue at the
Courthouse in Leland, Michigan in Leelanau County, Michigan at 11:00 a.m. on FEBRUARY 22, 2008.

Said premises are located in the Township of Elmwood, Leelanau County, Michigan, and are described as:

Lot 6, Northern Lites, being part of Government Lot 2, Section 4, Town 28 North, Range 11 West, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Liber 5 of Plats, Page 25. Driveway easement across Lot 4, Northern Lites, an easement for ingress and egress in part of Lot 4 or the recorded Plat of Northern Lites, said Plat being part of Government Lot 2, Section 4, Town 28 North, Range 11 West, Elmwood Township, Leelanau County, Michigan, more fully described as: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Plat of Northern Lites; thence North 89 degrees 27 minutes 26 seconds East, 138.48 feet, (previously recorded as North 89 degrees 25 minutes 56 seconds East 138.76 feet) along the North line or said Plat; thence South 28 degrees 38 minutes 04 seconds East, 216.00 feet, (previously recorded as South 28 degrees 27 minutes 35 seconds East, 217.16 feet) along the line common to Lots 3 and 4 of said Plat; thence South 62 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West, 25.74 feet, (previously recorded as South 62 degrees 02 minutes 25 seconds West) along the Southerly line of said Lot 4 and to the Point of Beginning; thence South 62 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West, 19.35 feet, along said South line of Lot 4; thence North 66 degrees 27 minutes 37 seconds West, 19.41 feet; thence North 88 degrees 30 minutes 49 seconds West 15.62 feet; thence South 72 degrees 08 minutes 46 seconds West, 0.87 feet; thence Southwesterly, 38.54 feet, along said Southerly line of Lot 4 and the arc of a 70.00 foot radius curve to the left, the central angle of which is 31 degrees 32 minutes 35 seconds and the long chord of which bears South 85 degrees 32 minutes 35 seconds and the long chord of which bears South 85 degrees 49 minutes 01 second West, 38.05 feet; thence North 22 degrees 50 minutes 16 seconds West, 6.03 feet, (previously recorded as North 22 degrees 38 minutes 23 seconds West) along the line common to Lots 4 and 5 of said Plat; thence North 72 degrees 08 minutes 46 seconds East, 40.93 feet; thence South 88 degrees 30 minutes 49 seconds East, 21.09 feet; thence South 66 degrees 27 minutes 37 seconds East, 34.56 feet, to the Point of Beginning.

The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA ยง600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale. TO ALL PURCHASERS: The foreclosing mortgagee can rescind the sale. In that event, your damages, if any, are limited solely to the return of the bid amount tendered at sale, plus interest.
