NOTICE TO BIDDERS

January 25, 2008
The Leelanau County Road Commission will receive sealed proposals at 10550 East Eckerle Road, Suttons Bay, Michigan 49682, until 1:10 p.m., Tuesday, February 19, 2008 for the following:

One self-propelled power broom
Specifications may be obtained upon request. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the bidder and marked “SELF-PROPELLED POWER BROOM BID.”

The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to change quantities or to waive defects and to accept the proposal that in the opinion of the Board is in the best interest of the Leelanau County Road Commission.
