MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Timothy Edward Lacross and Laurie Ann Lacross, married, to AMC Mortgage Services, Inc., Mortgagee, dated October 4, 2006 and recorded October 23, 2006 in Liber 918, Page 642, Leelanau County Records, Michigan. Said mortgage is now held by US Bank, NA as trustee for CML T2007-AMC2 by assignment.
