MORTGAGE SALE - Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Timothy Edward Lacross and Laurie Ann Lacross, married, to AMC Mortgage Services, Inc., Mortgagee, dated October 4, 2006 and recorded October 23, 2006 in Liber 918, Page 642, Leelanau County Records, Michigan. Said mortgage is now held by US Bank, NA as trustee for CML T2007-AMC2 by assignment. There is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Eighty-Five and 05/100 Dollars ($142,085.05) including interest at 7.375% per annum.

Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue at the
Courthouse in Leland, Michigan in Leelanau County, Michigan at 11:00 a.m. on FEBRUARY 29, 2008.

The redemption period shall be 12 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA §600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
