NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A BRANCH OFFICE
This is to inform the public that under 12 C.F.R. 303.44, Northwestern Bank, 625 South Garfield Avenue, Traverse City, Michigan 49686, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to establish a branch office to be located at West Fourth Street, Suttons Bay, Michigan 49682.

Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Directory of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office (500 W. Monroe, Suite 3600, Chicago, Illinois 60661) before processing the application has been completed. Processing will be completed no earlier than the 15th day following either the date of this publication or the date of receipt of the application by the FDIC, whichever is later. The period may be extended by the Regional Director for good cause. The non-confidential portion of the application is available for inspection during regular business hours in the Corporation’s Regional Office. Photocopies of information in the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
