Synopsis of regular board meeting February 6, 2008.

Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. All Board members present except Trustee Pleva excused for medical reasons. Also present Mr. Wellman and Co. Commissioner Shiflett.

Twp. January minutes approved as presented.

Treasurer’s report reviewed and accepted.

Twp. signed agreement for County to print Assessment Notices for 2008 and provide additional records for $1.3573 per parcel.

Twp. received a check for $403.00 from Co. representing our share of the National Park PILT payment for this year to support essential services; i.e., Fire/EMS.

Next Twp. Board Meeting will be held March 12, 2008 at 7:00 pm. at the Cedar Fire Station.

The Annual Twp. Meeting is scheduled for March 29, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Centerville Twp. Hall.

Motion supported to pay all invoices.

Meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
