CLAIMS NOTICE

RE: Jane M. Rexroat Family Trust UTA dated May 7, 1997

TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS:

Your interest in the estate or trust of Jane M. Rexroat may be barred or affected by the following:

The decedent, Jane M. Rexroat, whose last known address was 538 South Lakeshore Drive, Lake Leelanau, MI 49653, died on January 20, 2008.

The decedent established the Jane M. Rexroat Family Trust on May 7, 1997.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the trust estate will be forever barred unless presented to the Co-Trustee, Douglas G. Rexroat, at 2238 Traversefield Drive, Traverse City, MI 49686, within four (4) months of the date of publication of this notice.

Notice is further given that the trust estate will be thereafter assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.

THIS NOTICE IS PUBLISHED ON FEBRUARY 14, 2008.
