Synopsis of Suttons Bay Village Council Regular Meeting of January 21, 2008

Present: Chairman Mawby, Trustees Herman, Mentzer, Freeman, Bahle, Petroskey and Johnson. Call to Order 5:30 p.m. Quorum present.

The Village Council adopted Ordinance 1 of 2008 amending the Mass Gathering Ordinance and appointed Gene Gentges to the planning commission. The council approved a Resolution in Support of Martha Ryan’s seeking a Class C Liquor License for Martha’s Leelanau Table, L.L.C.

The Village Council appointed Trustee Steve Mentzer as the Street Administrator for 2008 and moved the March Meeting to March 27, 2008 at 5:30 p.m..

The next regular meeting will take place on February 18, 2008 at 5:30 p.m.
The Meeting Adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
