Al Noftz will guide the second in a series of workshops sponsored by the Northport Area Heritage Association on preserving family pictures and documents.

As part of its monthly program, Noftz will demonstrate how to concert old eight-millimeter movies and videotapes into a format that allows them to be stored and edited on a computer.

The class will be held Thursday, Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. in the computer lab at Northport Public School. Class size is limited to 30 people. To reserve a seat, call Noftz at 386-9936.
