Clerk, Deb Van Pelt called the meeting to order at 7:00PM.
Board members present: Denise Dunn, Deb Van Pelt, Gary Fredrickson and Victor Goldschmidt. Jim Neve excused absence.
Also present: three citizens and one staff member.
Public Comment was heard from John Lesko, Arnold Zeits. 
Agenda set as presented.
Approved January 22, 2008 minutes as presented.
Approved Current Bills in the amount of $27,195.41.
Reports heard from Fire Department; Hugh Cook, Planning Commission; Denise Dunn. Report from NEMS; Pat Burguard accepted as received.
Approved postponing Northport/Leelanau Township Utilities Authority Budget until the Boards March 11, 2008 meeting unless a special meeting is scheduled before that date.
Approved the amendments to the 2007-2008 Fiscal Year Budget.
Approved a proposal for repair and maintenance to six light fixtures in the Library.
Discussed updates on the Master Plan progress.
Discussed Planning and Zoning Department costs.
No Public Comments.
