Charter Township of Elmwood
Board Proceedings

A regular meeting of the Township Board was held on January 8, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Elmwood Township Hall, 10090 E. Lincoln Road, Traverse City. The Board approved the following:

• Resolution #3 for S. Blue Ridge Lane, Old Orchard Road and S. Orchard Way Special Assessment District for Maintenance and Snow Removal.

• Resolution #3 for E. Timberwoods Dr. Special Assessment District for Maintenance and Snow Removal.

• Resolution Regarding Tax Tribunal Appeal/Reduction of Assessment for E. Timberwoods Dr. Special Assessment District.

• Recommendations from Marina Committee Regarding Slip Assignment Methodology

• Tim Moore Request to Hold Tennis Lessons at Park

• Sapphire Shore’s Application to the DNR for Bottomlands Conveyance

• Payment of invoices in the amount of $255,392.39

The meeting was adjourned at 8:28 p.m.
