The Kasson Township Planning Commission will hold two (2) public hearings on Monday, March 17, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Kasson Township Hall. The

first public hearing is to consider the following amendment to the Kasson Township Zoning Ordinance: Under Section 2.2 Definitions add the definition of “Public Park/Park”. For further information, copies of the amended language, or to comment, please contact Jess Reed, Chairperson at the address below. The second public hearing is to consider the request from Elmer’s Construction Engineering to amend their site plan at their M-72 Gravel Pit located on M-72 (W. Empire Hwy.) Copies of the special land use application may be seen by contacting a member of the Kasson Township Planning Commission or the Township Clerk. Written comment may be directed to the Commission at the address below.
