David J. Colby, 61, 11800 S. W. Bay Shore Dr., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty under delay sentencing rules to dredging or placing material on bottomland; under delay sentencing rules if the defendant completes his probation and all requirements, the charges are dropped; $250 costs; one year probation.

Steven P. Heimforth, 49, 8875 Center Hwy., Traverse City — Arraigned for possession of firearms by a felon; preliminary hearing scheduled for March 14 at 11 a.m.; bond reduced to $7,500 personal recognizance; not to consume or be in possession of alcohol; must submit to daily morning preliminary breath tests.

Eric S. McPherson, 30, 419 Park Ave., Frankfort — Pleaded guilty to a probation violation; to serve three days in jail; jail time held in abeyance; no contact order lifted; probation continued.

Adam J. Konieczka, 21, 235 Robinson Living Center, Allendale — Pleaded guilty to a probation violation; deferred sentencing revoked; driver’s license suspended for one month then restricted for five months; probation continued.

Michael J. Putman, 38, 9339 Lake Ann Rd., Traverse City — Sentenced for disorderly obscene conduct; to serve two months in jail with credit for one day served; Community Corrections to review case as soon as possible; $100 fine; $200 costs; $50 crime victims fund; $45 state judicial fee.

Brian J. Egeler, 31, 4640 W. Traverse Hwy., Empire — Appeared two collection show cause hearings on failure to pay fine and costs owed; court to review case after June 30, 2008 if amount owed on both cases is not paid in full.

George D. Newpower, 58, 13766 S. W. Bay Shore Dr., Traverse City — Arraigned for contractor provided false sworn statements under $20,000 and habitual offender; preliminary hearing scheduled for March 14 at 11 a.m.; bond set at $50,000 cash.

Ryan J. Dobrick, 22, 10062 E. Lakeview Hills Rd., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty to failure to proceed with due care or caution at an emergency response scene; $100 fine; $100 costs; $40 state judicial fee.
