Business students return from meet with awards

Three Suttons Bay students qualified for national competition with their performances at the Business Professionals of America state competition March 15 in Grand Rapids.

NINETEEN Suttons Bay students represented their school at the state competition of the Business Professionals of America recently in Grand Rapids. Senior Alli Freed earned a silver medal in parliamentary procedure concepts and fourth-place in desktop publishing. Kevin O’Neil received a bronze medal in parliamentary procedure concepts and Erin Dingrando earned a third place in prepared speech.
Students competed in other open events while meeting other students from throughout Michigan.
