MORTGAGE SALE – Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by:
Robin Jo Jackson, A Single Woman
to
Option One Mortgage Corporation, Mortgagee, dated January 7, 2005 and recorded February 16, 2005 in Liber 01 842 Page 974 Leelanau County Records, Michigan Said mortgage was subsequently assigned to: U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust, 2005-5, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six Dollars and Fifty-Four Cents ($118,646.54) including interest 10.125% per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, Circuit Court of Leelanau County at 11:00AM on April 11, 2008.
Said premises are situated in Township of Kasson, Leelanau County, Michigan, and are described as:
Parcel commencing at the Northeast corner of the West half of the Northeast quarter, Section 21, Town 28 North, Range 13 West, Kasson Township, Leelanau County, Michigan; thence West 200 feet along North Section Line to point of Beginning; thence South 435.60 feet; thence West 200 feet; thence North 435.60 feet to North Section Line; thence East 200 feet to point of beginning.
Commonly known as 1329 West Kasson Center, Maple City MI 49664
The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCL 600.3241 or MCL 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale, or upon the expiration of the notice required by MCL 600.3241a(c), whichever is later.
