Synopsis of Minutes - unapproved draft
The meeting was called to order at 7pm by Supervisor Ard; also present were Treasurer Grant, Trustee Bush, Clerk Core, and four guests. Excused absence: Trustee Voisin.
Agenda approved as submitted.
02/18/08 regular meeting minutes approved as presented.
The Board addressed the following: 1) newsletter printing/mailing 2) Leelanau Farms/Tom Beeler extension request 3) option to purchse additional park property 4) committee and officer reports: a) park & rec grant update b) cemetery budget item review c) zoning: written d) planning commission: ag tourism verbiage nearly complete e) clerk: bills & payroll f) supervisor: zone/plan contract. Public comment: re: responsibilities relative to paying for presidential primary re-election.
The meeting adjourned at 7:50 pm.
