Public Hearing Notice

This is to inform you that the Empire Village Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the proposed adoption to amend Article 3 of the Village of Empire Zoning Ordinance to add thereto a new Section 3.23 to provide for the regulation of Temporary Outdoor uses in the various Zoning Districts in the Village.
The Planning Commission regular meeting will immediately follow the public hearing that is scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Empire Town Hall, 10088 Front Street.
A complete copy of the Zoning Ordinance may be seen at the Village Office, 11518 LaCore Street during regular business hours. Opinions or comments may be given at the hearing or in writing to the attention of the Empire Planning Commission, Box 342, Empire, MI 49630.
