Supervisor, James Neve called the meeting to order at 10:00AM.
Board members present: James Neve, Denise Dunn, Deb Van Pelt, Gary Fredrickson, and Victor Goldschmidt.  Also present: nineteen citizens and seven staff.
No Public Comments.
Agenda set as amended.
Minutes of March 31,2007 Annual Meeting were approved as presented.
Reports were heard from Mary Tonneberger, County Board of Commissioners; Lee Bowen, Leelanau County Road Commission; Marsha Buehler, Leelanau Scenic Heritage Route Committee; Greg King, Board of Review; Greg King, Sewer Update; Ross Arena, Sheriff Department; Hugh Cook, Fire Department; Pat Burguard, EMS/Rescue; Deb Serwin, Zoning Department/Planning Commission; Deb Stannard, Library; Gary Fredrickson, Public Works; Denise Dunn, Treasurer; Deb Van Pelt, Clerk; Jim Neve, Supervisor. 
The Electors approved a 2.3% increase in the annual salary of the Township Supervisor ($30,765) and Trustee ($1,287) and disapproved 2.3% increased for the Township Clerk and Treasurer thereby retaining their current annual salaries of $31,380 and $36,788 respectively for fiscal 2008-09.
A Public Hearing was held on the Proposed 2008-2009 Budget.
