Notice to Bidders
The Village of Northport will receive sealed proposals at the Village Hall, Betty L. Mork Administrative Building located at 116 West Nagonaba St., Northport, MI 49670, until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 17, 2008 for the furnishing of fuel for the Northport Public Marina.
The opening of the sealed bids will occur at the Northport Village Council regular scheduled 7:00 p.m. meeting on April 17, 2008.
A bid package can be obtained upon request. Each bid must be submitted on the Village’s form in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the bidder and marked “SEALED BID”.
The Village Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive defects and to accept the proposal that in the opinion of the Council is in the best interest of the Northport Village Council.
