A personal self defense workshop for seniors is being hosted by the Leelanau County Commission on Aging on Thursday, April 29 at the government center in Suttons Bay Township.

Material to be covered during the program, scheduled from 1:30 to 3 p.m., includes vehicle safety, home security, confrontation avoidance, self defense techniques, and escapes.
