Suttons Bay Village Council Notice to the PublicSynopsis of Suttons Bay Village Council Regular Meeting of March 27, 2008

Present: Chairman Mawby, Trustees Herman, Mentzer, Freeman, Bahle, Petroskey and Johnson. Call to Order 5:30 p.m. Quorum present.
The Village Council heard from Kathy Finch on behalf of the Master Plan Committee reference Grant submission to Partnerships for Change.
The Council selected candidate Wally Delamater for the Village Manager Position. The council directed the legislative committee to negotiate a contract with Mr. Delamater and forward the terms to the attorney.
The Village Council amended the fee schedule for sewer and water rates which bringing the capital fee down to $28.75 per month beginning with the May billing cycle. The council hired the firm of Wilson Ward, CPA to perform the 2007 year end audit.
The next regular meeting will take place on April 21, 2008 at 5:30 p.m.
