The Suttons Bay Police Department is investigating two incidents of damage to vehicles that occurred last week late Wednesday night into early Thursday morning.
Chief Del Moore said between 10 p.m. Wednesday, April 16 and 3 a.m. Thursday, April 17, two vehicles were damaged in the St. Joseph Street and Madison Street area.
“One of the vehicles’ tires were slashed while a the second vehicle had a cinder block thrown into its side,” Moore said. Estimated damage incurred by both vehicles is $1,500-$2,000.
Moore said the incidents are under investigation. Anyone with information about the crimes, or who may have seen something during that time period, should call the police department at 271-3051 Ext. 4.
