Your interest in the estate or trust of Glenn W. White may be barred or affected by the following:
The decedent, Glenn W. White, whose last known address was 4366 Omena Road, Omena, MI 49674, died on February 26, 2008.
The decedent established the Glenn W. White Revocable Living Trust on October 22, 2004.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the trust estate will be forever barred unless presented to the Trustee, Delcie White, at, Post Office Box 223, 4366 Omena Point Road, Omena, MI 49674 within four (4) months of the date of publication of this notice.
Notice is further given that the trust estate will be thereafter assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
