The second annual Natural Health and Wellness EXPO is set for Saturday at the Civic Center in Traverse City from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sponsored by the Natural Health Network of northwest Michigan, the goal is to bring awareness of and support for the varied natural health care options available in the area. Plans include a wide spectrum of practitioners and vendors offering sample services, hands-on activities and demonstrations, free samples, health care products and more.

The event is free and open to the public.
