Special Meeting April 23, 2008
Minutes

The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Soderholm at 10:00 A.M. in the Glen Arbor Town Hall meeting room. All Board members present except Trustee Thompson. The purpose of the meeting was to review bids and purchase a new ambulance. Fire Chief Dodson received 2 bids. The Capital Committee of the Emergency Services Advisory Commission made recommendation to the Board. Motion by Gretzema, second Quick, to purchase ambulance from Lifeline in Sumner, Iowa, not to exceed $175,000, with $25,000 from the Glen Arbor Fire and Rescue Association. Motion carried. Ambulance is a Lifeline Highline, GMC C-4500 type 3. Meeting adjourned to the call of the chair at 10:31 PM.
