PUBLIC NOTICE FOR
ESTABLISHING A LAND BANK FAST TRACK AUTHORITY

LEELANAU COUNTY, MICHIGAN
The Leelanau County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at their Executive Committee meeting on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 in the Government Center at 8527 E. Government Center Dr., Suttons Bay MI, for the purpose of hearing comments on the Establishment of a Land Bank Fast Track Authority within the County. The operation of a Land Bank Fast Track Authority is pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Act 258 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 2003, as amended.
The Executive Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 am and the Public Hearing will be held at 9:30 am.
