Special Board Meeting

SYNOPSIS
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 by Supervisor Harry Larkin with Treasurer Mike Kirt, Clerk Jane Keen and Trustees Nicholas Lederle and Steve Plamondon present. Also present were members of the Planning Commission, Sewer Commission and 10 guests. The agenda was approved as presented. The draft Master Plan was discussed. The following board action was taken:
Approved the exchange of 50 feet of township-owned riverfront property in Leland for another 50-foot riverfront property, contingent on Varley-Kelly LLC closing on its purchase agreement with Leelanau County and proceeding with its PUD application.
Agreed to forego repairs to S. Lake St. from Cedar to Reynolds in Leland.
