MORTGAGE SALE – Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by JEANNETTE S. PATTERSON, A SINGLE WOMAN, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”), solely as nominee for lender and lender’s successors and assigns,, Mortgagee, dated April 30, 2003, and recorded on May 19, 2003, in Liber 730, on Page 698, and assigned by said mortgagee to THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK, as assigned,Leelanau County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Three Dollars and Eleven Cents ($116,303.11), including interest at 6.250% per annum.
