PROPOSED WOLVERINE SUBSTATION - Parcel # 45-004-031-034-10, 8.72 acres

On May 19, 2008 at 7:00 p.m., the Elmwood Charter Township Board will consider the following:
1. Whether the zoning ordinance amendment for Essential Services of 2008 applies to the proposed Wolverine Electric Cooperative substation and
2. A revised site plan for the substation that has been submitted by Wolverine for the purpose of minimizing adverse impacts of the proposed substation.
The Township Board is offering the public the opportunity to provide public input regarding these matters. The Township Board may act on these matters during the meeting. This hearing is informal and is not required by law. The meeting will be held in the Elmwood Township Hall located at 10090 E. Lincoln Rd., Traverse City, Michigan, 49684. Written comments may be submitted at or before the meeting.
