SYNOPSIS
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 by Supervisor Harry Larkin with Treasurer Mike Kirt, Clerk Jane Keen and Trustees Nicholas Lederle and Steve Plamondon present. Also present were 23 guests. The agenda was approved as presented. Minutes were approved as presented for the April 14 regular meeting and April 22 special meeting. The Treasurer’s Report was approved as presented. The following board actions were taken:
Authorized repairs to Gertrude St., Main St. and Plamondon Rd. in Lake Leelanau
Authorized purchase of a dock for a Leland road end
Approved purchase of a flag, pole and solar light for East Leland Cemetery
Reappointed John D. VanRaalte for a three-year term to the Fire Board
Approved bills and accounts
