Townhouse association threatens suit over Sugar Loaf parking

An association of Sugar Loaf area townhouse owners is threatening to sue Sugar Loaf Resort owner Kate Wickstrom unless she either fixes their common parking lot at the resort or lets townhouse owners fix the parking lot themselves.
