This is to inform you that at the regular meeting held May 27, 2008, the Empire Village Council adopted Ordinance #112 to amend the Village of Empire Zoning Ordinance. The intent of this

amendment is to amend Article 3 of the Village of Empire Zoning Ordinance to add thereto a new Section 3.23 to provide for the regulation of Temporary Outdoor Uses in the various zoning districts in the Village. This Ordinance shall become effective on the eighth (8th) day following publication as required by law. A complete copy of this Ordinance may be seen and purchased at the Village Office, 11518 S.
