There was a great turnout at last Saturday's opening of the Omena Historical Society's two new exhibits - Aghosatown, and Rails, Trails, and Sails. The museum is open Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m.
Changes sought before final OK on Elmwood zoning plan

A few more tweaks, and the Elmwood Township Planning Commission will be ready to sign off on an overhauled Zoning Ordinance.

Glen Arbor Emergency Services is having its annual pancake breakfast Sunday from 8 a.m. to noon at the Glen Arbor Township Hall, and the Empire Eagles’ breakfast buffet is also Sunday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Empire Township Hall.
