Three county residents received recognition for academic achievement during spring term at Northwood University.

Syrena Rexroat, daughter of Doug and Jozell Rexroat of Lake Leelanau, was named to the president’s list for spring term. To achieve the recognition, students must earn at least a 3.85 grade point average on a 4-point scale.

Receiving dean’s list status were Michael Lingaur, son of Dale and Josephine Lingaur of Cedar, and Colin Korson, son of Don and Mary Ann Korson of Suttons Bay.

All three students are Lake Leelanau St. Mary graduates.
