Mary Raymer, a nationally known counselor, lecturer and consultant, will speak about grieving and end-of-life issues Monday in Traverse City.

Raymer will discuss the differences between grief and depression at 6 p.m. in Conference Room E of the Munson Community Health Center on Munson Avenue in Traverse City. The presentation is geared towards parents, grandparents and siblings of a deceased child of any age.

Raymer’s visit is sponsored by Compassionate Friends of the Grand Traverse Area, a support group for families who have experienced the loss of a child. For more information call 946-9306.
