Although the number of building permits added to a file open for public review at the Leelanau County Construction Code Authority office jumped by 40 over the latest two-week reporting period, the largest group of permits, a dozen, were filed only to note that units in the BayView condominiums in the Village of Suttons Bay that were constructed two years ago under a different "builder of record" had finally passed inspection.

The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA §600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
