Flohe, 10299 Betsie Creek Dr., Interlochen — Sentenced after pleading guilty to attempted interference with an electronic device; ordered not to consume alcohol, illegal drugs, recreational marijuana or non-prescription medications and provide a list of prescriptions to probation; may not possession any firearms or other weapons; firearms to be forfeited; may not reside where alcohol, illegal drugs or firearms are present; may not enter bars, casinos or any establish that serves alcohol by the glass; no violent, threatening, intimidating or harassing behavior toward anyone; be respectful of all court employees, service and/or care providers; attend, cooperate and pay for MENS awareness program for 39 consecutive weekly session with no unexcused absences; outpatient substance abuse counseling; once daily PBTs; discretionary alcohol and drug testing; no contact with victims; $900 fines and costs; one year probation.

James R. Banks, 733 N. Mill St., Northport — Sentenced after pleading guilty to a probation violation; five additional days in jail; increase testing to four times daily; twice weekly group recovery meetings and obtain a sponsor within 90 days; probation continued with all terms.
