Judith B. Morgan, age 81, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at her home with family by her side. The daughter of Frederick A. and Irene (Connors) Bargmann, Judy was born Sept. 25, 1930 in Toledo, OH. She was a graduate of St. Ursula Academy (Toledo) and received her BA from the University of Arizona and her teaching certification from the University of Toledo. Judy taught elementary school prior to marrying David S. Morgan. She was very active with Ottawa Hills schools, where her daughters attended. Judy was also involved with Junior League of Toledo, Toledo Day Nursery and Sunset Retirement Communities. She was an active golfer and tennis player, and enjoyed fly fishing and University of Michigan Football. Some of her best times were spending summers with her family at their cottage in Leland, MI.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband, David S. Morgan; brothers, Frederick J. Bargmann, Thomas P. Bargmann, John D. Bargmann and Richard J. Bargmann. She is survived by her daughters, Susan E. Morgan of Toledo, Patricia (Thomas) M. Frank of San Francisco, CA, Kathryn (Steven) M. Hartman of Traverse City, MI; grandsons, Donald J. Frank, Alexander M. Frank, Andrew M. Hartman; sister-in-law, Molly Meese and numerous lifelong friends.

Friends visited the family on Friday from 3-8 PM at the Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania (west of Corey Rd). Mass of the Resurrection was held on Saturday at Corpus Christi University Parish at 10:00 AM. Interment was private on Monday in Leland, MI.

The family would like to thank her wonderful caregivers including Sue, Cindy, Comfort Keepers, and Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
