Noah J. Flores, 41, 5703 Goodrick Road, Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty to drunken driving; 10 percent cash/surety bond raised to $7,500 with same conditions as original bond; pretrial conference set for Aug. 3.

Donald A. Flaska, 71, 6123 E. Waterside Dr., Traverse City — Admitted to a civil infraction of no proof of insurance; charges of driving without insurance, driving without a license, unlawful use of license plate/registration dismissed; bond continued; sentencing set for Aug. 1.

Eirik Christian Olson, 25, 4046 Fairway Dr., Medina, Ohio — Sentenced to 12 months probation for impaired driving in a plea agreement; one charge of possession of marijuana dismissed; not to consume or possess alcohol, illegal or mood-altering drugs; not to enter bars or casinos; attend Impact Weekend or equivalent; random drug testing four times per month; three days community service in lieu of six days in jail; jail credit for time served; $1,233 fines and costs.

Clayton D. Ross, 22, 1839 Pine Dr., Traverse City — Pleaded guilty in a plea agreement to retail fraud, third offense, allowing unlicensed person to drive; larceny less than $200 and driving on a suspended license dismissed; credit for time served; $899 fines and costs.

Dale E. Sensebaugh, 21, 4949 Deepwoods, Traverse City — Pleaded not guilty to probation violation; 10 percent cash/surety bond set at $1,500 with same terms and conditions as probation; hearing set for Aug. 3.

Patrick O. Marek, 52, 3699 E. V. Ave., Vicksburg, Va. — Pleaded not guilty to domestic violence; 10 percent cash/surety bond raised to $15,000; all other bond conditions remain; pretrial conference set for July 27.

Calandria F. Hurlin, 22, 261 Oakville Road, Beaver Falls, Pa. — Refused plea on charges of aggravated assault, drunk and disorderly; jury trial set for Aug. 24.

Juan G. Piceno, 36, 3741 Lake Leelanau Dr., Lake Leelanau – Sentenced to 30 days in jail for failure to pay fines; ordered to pay fines in full, court may waive upon deportation; notice of arraignment on a charge of domestic violence; pretrial conference on that charge set for Aug. 3.

Joseph W. Miller, 34, 10395 Linderman Road, Bear Lake — Arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence, third offense; bond continued; preliminary exam set for Aug. 3.

Edwin D. Ricker, 82, 7953 S. Michael A. Neddo, 17, 12246 S. Newman Road, Maple City — Sentenced to 365 days probation for minor damage of personal property less than $200; not to consume or possess illegal drugs or alcohol; not to enter bars; not to behave in a violent or threatening manner; to attend Pine Rest Services; discretionary drug/alcohol screening; not contact with victim;$725 fines and costs, $3572 restitution to be paid with co-defendants; fines and costs to be paid in 365 days or serve 30 days in jail.

Pamela M. Carlson, 57, 4661 Primrose Lane, Traverse City — Sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for one day served for retail fraud, third degree; not to consume or possess illegal drugs or alcohol; attend three substance abuse classes; discretionary drug and alcohol screening; community corrections to review case; $730 fines and costs.

Steven M. Morris, 54, P.O. Box 64, Cedar — Sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 18 days served for interfering with electronic communications device, domestic violence; $919 fines and costs.
