Re: Rebuttal to sheriff’s letter 7/26/2012

Once again, I was mildly surprised at the Sheriff and his letter to the editor.

Stating that the other candidate “is the only candidate who has visited and discussed in-depth the operations” ... I have had many discussions with the current sheriff dating back to August 2000 regarding departmental operations as well as employee union issues. Proof of this can be verified through the (two) subpoena notices I received throughout this current litigation process. Perhaps he just plain forgot.
