A memorial service will be held at Glen Lake Community Reformed Church for Nancy Budd Edick of Mount Vernon, Ohio who died Dec. 22, 2011.

The service is scheduled for 2 p.m., Saturday at the church, 4902 W. Mac- Farlane Rd.
